Rack units
One each — stated in the title and in the first bullet, which describes two 1U vented cantilever rack shelves in a set
Mounting depth
25 cm — stated in the title. No minimum cabinet depth is named, and no adjustment range appears
Cantilever or four-post support
Cantilever — stated in the title and in the first bullet, and detailed in the fourth as SPCC cold-rolled steel with cantilever front mounting. It is one of only two listings on this shelf to name its support arrangement in words
Stated load rating
Up to 20 kg per shelf — stated in the title and in the fourth bullet, which adds that the shelves are tested at one and a half times that load. The test is the maker’s statement and no test document is named
Vented or solid surface
Vented — stated in the title and in the third bullet, which describes a perforated 1U tray supporting even airflow and reducing hot spots under servers or audio-visual equipment
Sliding or fixed
Fixed — the fourth bullet describes cantilever front mounting, and no bullet mentions runners or any pull-out action
Usable surface dimensions
Not published on the listing — 25 cm is given as the depth in the title and no width or surface figure appears in any of the five bullets
Fixings supplied
Not published on the listing — no screws, cage nuts or washers are listed. The first and second bullets describe fitting out several racks to a consistent layout and name no hardware

On the listing

Two 1U vented cantilever rack shelves in a set, 25 cm deep, each carrying up to 20 kg, for 19-inch cabinets and racks; a stated purpose of fitting out several racks or cabinets in parallel in a network room, an audio-visual cabinet or a laboratory, and of supporting a standardised installation across several racks or sites; a perforated 1U tray said to support even airflow and reduce hot spots under servers or AV equipment; a construction in SPCC cold-rolled steel with cantilever front mounting, tested at one and a half times the load; and rack accessories described by the maker as tested in its innovation laboratory for consistent fit.

Two in a box

The pack is the product, and the first two bullets are unusually clear about who it is for.

Fitting out several racks in parallel. A standardised installation across several racks or sites. Equipment in the same place in each cabinet.

That is a description of somebody maintaining more than one rack, and for them a matched pair is worth more than two separate orders — same tray, same height, same depth, same day.

For a single cabinet in a cupboard it is simply two shelves, one of which goes in a drawer. The shelves earlier on this shelf are cheaper individually and one of them holds five times as much.

Cantilever, named

The fourth bullet says cantilever front mounting in so many words, and only one other listing on this shelf names its support arrangement at all.

That matters because the term carries the whole load story. A cantilever tray is bolted to the front rails and nothing else, so its capacity is set by how well two flanges resist being levered downwards. Twenty kilograms is a good figure for that arrangement — better than three of the four other front-fixed trays here — and it is an order of magnitude below what the four-post shelf on this shelf states.

Naming it also tells a buyer what the cabinet needs, which is nothing at the back. That is a real advantage in the shallow cabinets, where a rear rail may not exist.

One and a half times

Then the sentence that no other listing on this shelf attempts: tested with one and a half times the load.

Twenty kilograms rated, thirty tested. That is a margin stated in a number rather than an adjective, and it changes how the 20 kg reads — from a limit somebody hopes will hold to a figure with room above it.

It is the maker’s own statement. No standard, no laboratory report and no certifying body is named, and the fifth bullet’s reference to an innovation laboratory is a description of a process rather than a document. Reported as what it is, it remains the most substantiated load claim in this hub.

A quarter of a metre, and nothing else measured

The depth is 25 cm, which puts it at the shallow end of this shelf alongside the tray at the start of it.

Beyond that the page gives no width, no usable surface, no weight and no minimum cabinet depth. Two of the seven shelves here separate the flat part from the outer dimension; this is not one of them, and a device measured against the 19-inch width will not necessarily sit square on the tray.

No fixings are listed either, which on a two-pack means two sets of cage nuts and bolts to find.

Before ordering

Ask yourself whether both trays have a job, because that is what makes this the sensible purchase rather than an expensive one. Check the equipment against 25 cm of depth and against 20 kg. And order cage nuts and bolts at the same time — nothing is listed, and there are two shelves to fit.
