That is what turning ten gigabits into voltages on a twisted pair costs. It is dissipated inside a metal shell with no airflow of its own, pressed against neighbouring cages in a switch that was designed around transceivers drawing a fraction of it.

The maker follows the figure with the sentence that matters: use it where the ambient temperature is below 50 °C. That is not an operating range, and this page does not pretend it is one. It is a recommendation, and it is the only thermal guidance anywhere on this shelf.

CAT.6a or CAT7, up to 30 m. One requirement, one distance, printed together in the same bullet so that neither can be read without the other. Nothing is said about what happens on lesser cable, which is a gap rather than a conflict, and a buyer with Cat 6a already in the wall has everything the page owes them.
