The display on the front

Seven cooling units sit on this shelf. One of them tells you the temperature.

The second bullet describes a large digital display showing the current temperature and the fan settings. That sounds like a convenience and it is closer to an instrument.

A network cabinet is a closed box that gets warmer as things are added to it, and nobody notices. Equipment is put in, a second switch goes on the shelf, the cupboard door is shut, and the ambient temperature inside climbs by degrees over months. Without a number on the front, the first sign is something behaving oddly on a hot afternoon.

A figure at eye level turns that into something a person walking past can read.

The thermostat, and what is not published about it

The first bullet describes the control properly: the fans switch on and off automatically as the temperature crosses a set threshold, which the bullet calls energy-efficient cooling.

That is the right behaviour. What the page never gives is the range the threshold can be set across. Two listings on this shelf publish theirs in degrees, and the range is what says whether a unit can be tuned for a cupboard in a cool hallway or only for a plant room.

So the control exists and its envelope is unstated.

Two-way, said twice and explained never

The phrase two-way appears in the title and again in the fourth bullet.

In the fourth it introduces two powerful fans, which suggests it means the count. In the title it sits next to the thermostat, which suggests something else entirely. Neither reading is confirmed.

The reason to care is direction. A 1U fan panel pushes air one way along the rack, and the same panel fitted the other way round pushes it back. Getting that wrong turns a cooling panel into a heater, and a unit that genuinely reverses is a unit that cannot be fitted wrongly. This page uses a phrase that might describe exactly that and never says so.
