Two listings on this shelf publish an airflow. This is one of them, and it is the only one that publishes the speed producing it.

Reading the two together tells you something a single number would not: this is a unit whose output varies with conditions, and the maker has given the envelope rather than the best case. That is a more honest way to publish a fan than one figure with nothing around it.
The unit of measurement is the catch, and it is the point the buying advice for this hub keeps returning to. CFM is cubic feet per minute. The other measured unit on this shelf publishes cubic metres, per minute and per hour. Those numbers cannot be laid side by side, and five of the seven listings here publish nothing at all to compare with either.
Forty-four to forty-nine decibels
The fifth bullet gives the noise level, and it is one of only two on this shelf.
That range is the sound of a working machine. It is not a quiet fan and it is not a loud one, and where it lands depends entirely on the room: inaudible in a plant room, perfectly noticeable in a study.
What the figure lacks is a measuring distance. A decibel number is meaningless without one, because sound falls away as it travels, and the same fan measured at one metre and at three produces two different figures. Both listings on this shelf that publish noise have this gap.
No thermostat anywhere
Now the omission, and on a unit this well measured it is a deliberate-looking one.

The seventh bullet names a standard rather than claiming rack compatibility in words.
That is worth noticing because rack fit is the thing most listings assert and few substantiate. Alongside it the second bullet gives the frame as 1.5 mm steel — a thickness, not an adjective — and the first names the coating as antistatic.
Three specifications, three numbers or named properties. The whole page reads like a datasheet with the marketing removed, which is precisely why the missing thermostat is so visible.
Before ordering
Convert the airflow before comparing it with anything, because CFM and cubic metres are not the same scale. Decide whether continuous running is acceptable where the cabinet lives, since there is no thermostat. And ask what lead the unit takes: a voltage is published and a plug is not.
