Ten thousand amperes is a real number about a real thing. It is not the number this family is read on.
Amperes measure current — the size of the flow at a moment. A maximum surge current says how large an event the protective components are specified to survive without being destroyed outright.
Joules measure energy, and energy is what a protective component actually absorbs across the whole of a surge. That figure is the one that describes how much life the device has left, because these components wear a little with every event they take and stop protecting silently when they are used up.
The two are not interchangeable and cannot be converted into each other from anything printed here. This page reports the ampere figure for what it is and records the joule figure as absent.
The three lines that are not on this page
No joule rating. No clamping voltage. No response time.
Those three are what the specification of a surge protector consists of, and none of the three appears. The 250 V AC in the second bullet is the supply the strip runs on, not the level at which anything begins to divert; the 50/60 Hz beside it is mains frequency, and the 10 A and 3500 W are the load the strip will carry.
All of that is genuinely useful for choosing a rack strip. None of it is about surges.
The standard that is named, and the family that is not
IEC 60320 appears twice, in the title and in the second bullet.
It is the standard behind the C13 appliance coupler, and naming it is helpful: it tells you the outlets take the kettle-style leads that come with switches, servers and rack-mounted equipment, rather than a country-specific mains plug.
What it does not do is say anything about surge protection. The standards for surge protective devices are a separate family, and none is named here. The buying advice on this hub flags exactly this combination — a large protection number with no standard beside it.
Eight, and seven
The title says 8-way. The second bullet says 7× IEC60320 C13.
Both are on the page and neither is qualified by the other. This site reports the pair rather than choosing, and a buyer planning a cabinet around the outlet count should treat the number as unsettled until the seller confirms it.
Four hundred and eighty-three by forty-five by forty-five
The fifth bullet publishes the full external dimensions, which is the practical part of a rack product.
Four hundred and eighty-three millimetres is the 19-inch mounting width, and forty-five millimetres of height is one rack unit. The first bullet says the same thing in words — mounting in a 19-inch profile frame at 1U — in a housing of heat-resistant aluminium alloy.
The cable is fully specified as well: two metres of H05VV-F at 3 × 1.5 mm², with a plug fitted.
No light
Nothing on this page describes an indicator.
That absence has a specific consequence on this kind of product. A surge protector whose components have absorbed what they were specified for keeps supplying power exactly as before, and stops doing the other half of its job without announcing it. A protection status light is the only outward sign, and the buying advice for this hub asks for one for that reason.

Choose this on the rack unit, the coupler type and the current rating, which are all published and all clear. Do not choose it on the protection figure, which is in the wrong unit for the question. And take any question about the installation itself — what the strip feeds, how it is supplied, what protection already exists upstream — to the manufacturer’s instructions and to the local wiring rules, because this page reads a listing and nothing more.
