A single-socket 2.5-gigabit card that names its controller, counts its socket once, and describes its cooling as excellent without naming a heatsink or a fan.
The bottom line A plainly written card whose controller, sockets and brackets are all where they should be, and whose only vague line is the one about heat. For a machine that will run it at 2.5 gigabits in a case with airflow, that vagueness costs nothing.

Heat dissipation without a heatsink

The slots it fits, not the lanes it uses

What does driverless under Windows 10 actually mean here?
That the operating system already carries support for the controller family, so the card is recognised when the machine restarts. The second bullet says as much and then says what to do otherwise: fetch the driver from the site of the chip maker. That is a more useful instruction than a promise of universal compatibility.
Is heat dissipation without a named part worth anything?
As a claim, very little; as an omission, something. Two cards on this shelf name a heatsink outright, and this one describes an effect without a cause. The difference is whether a buyer can look at a photograph and confirm what was promised, and here there is nothing to confirm against.
