The questions that come up before an order
Why do a lane count and a bus width appear on the same page?
Because they are two ways of describing the same path into the machine: how many lanes it uses, and how much the maker says that path is worth. Here the two bullets give the lanes as two in one line and as four in the next, while the bus figure of up to 10 Gbps stands on its own. All three are reported and none is combined with another.
What does a four-socket card do that four separate cards do not?
It uses one connector instead of four, which is the difference between a small machine being able to route between several networks and not. The trade is that all four sockets share one path into the processor, and on this page that path is described in two ways that do not agree.
