Two speeds on one page
The title prints 1000 Mbps. The first bullet prints 100/1000 Mbit/s. Both are reported here because both are published, and nothing on the page settles which is right. The practical difference is small and the signal is not: a page that disagrees with itself once may disagree with itself twice.
And it does
A plug-in adapter, and a built-in supply. The fourth bullet names one, the fifth names the other. These are different objects with different consequences for where the unit can be mounted and what has to be replaced when it fails. Neither is chosen here.

What does a backplane bandwidth figure describe?
The internal path the sockets share, expressed as a total rather than as a rate through any one of them. A switching capacity is the same kind of quantity, defined as every socket running at full rate in both directions at once. This listing prints 12 Gbit/s for eight gigabit sockets and does not say which of the two it has counted.
Does all eight sockets being powered change the planning?
It removes one decision and leaves another. Nothing has to be plugged into a particular socket to get power, which is a real convenience. The shared total of 120 W still applies across all of them, so the sum of what the devices draw remains the figure that decides how many will run.
