An eighteen-socket switch with sixteen powered sockets and a 250 W shared budget, which never states what one socket can deliver and contradicts itself about how it mounts.
The bottom line The right size for a real camera installation and the wrong page to buy it from unread. Two of its own statements disagree, and the figure an installer needs first, the per-socket ceiling, is missing entirely.

250 W, and nothing else. A powered switch is described by two figures: what all the sockets share, and what one of them may deliver. This page publishes the first and omits the second. The class in the title sets a ceiling by standard, but the switch has not said which of its own sockets can reach it.
The title and the first bullet describe sixteen powered sockets and two uplinks. The third says all sockets support PoE. On an eighteen-socket unit those are two different machines, and nothing on the page decides between them.
The title offers desktop or wall. The fourth bullet offers desktop or rack. A wall bracket and a pair of rack ears are not interchangeable, and an installer who plans for one and receives the other loses an afternoon.
The one-key isolation is genuinely useful on a camera run, and a 4 kV protection figure is a number that can be compared. Both are worth having on a unit of this size.
Ask two things: how many watts one socket can deliver, and whether rack ears are in the box. The page answers neither.

That depends entirely on what they draw, and the answer is arrived at by adding those figures up and comparing the sum with 250 W. The total is shared; it is never available at every socket at once. Without a per-socket ceiling on this page, the class named in the title is the only guide to what one socket may deliver.
It isolates the powered sockets from each other so that traffic goes only towards the uplinks, in a single action rather than through a configuration page. On a camera installation this keeps the streams flowing to the recorder and stops the cameras talking sideways. It is a fixed arrangement, not a set of rules to write.
