The fourth one begins by explaining how to switch between two computers, on a unit whose own title accepts four. It then adds a note about an eight-port model supplied with a wired and a wireless remote. Neither of those is what arrives in this box, and nothing from either has been carried into the description above.
Two in the title, four machines on the page. A combined lead serves one computer. Four computers therefore want four of them. The first bullet says the required leads are included and gives no number; the title gives a number and it is two. The gap is the whole first evening of the installation.
The USB side is described properly: three sockets, the generation named, the rate quoted, the backwards compatibility stated. That is the part of a KVM most listings summarize as a hub and leave there.
Ask how many combined leads are in the box. On a four-computer switch that is the difference between working on delivery and waiting for a second parcel.

It decides what is worth plugging into them. A keyboard, a mouse and a printer are comfortable at USB 2.0. A drive being moved between machines is not, because the generation sets the ceiling of the transfer regardless of how fast the drive is. This page states the generation and the rate, which is what makes the judgment possible.
One video lead and one USB lead for each machine, or one combined lead per machine where the two are joined. That is four combined leads for four computers. This title names two, and the first bullet says the required leads are included, so the count is the question to settle with the seller.
