What the page states

The Amazon.com title gives PCIe 2.1 and 10/100/1000/2500BASE-T on four ports; there are no bullets, and the description names the Realtek RTL8125B chipset, the same chip as the single-socket VIMIN, YuanLey and GiGaPlus cards on the shelf.

The lane count it leaves out

Four sockets at 2.5 Gbit/s add up to 10 Gbit/s, and a PCIe 2.1 lane carries about 4 Gbit/s. Whether the card uses one, two or four lanes decides whether all four sockets can run flat out together, and the page does not say. Brackets, cooling and supported operating systems are not stated either. For a router or server build, that is information to obtain from the maker before ordering.
